Shirts for Buddy Run participants

For Buddy Run Noord, an obstacle run for people with intellectual or physical disabilities, we were asked to design three versions that were given to every participant, guide, and volunteer as a reward for taking part.

Buddy Run Noord organizes sports events for people with physical or intellectual disabilities. Together with volunteers and guides, they create a safe, welcoming, active day full of connection. They came to us to turn the feeling of the event into a recognizable shirt.

During Buddy Run Noord, more than 150 people with disabilities completed an obstacle run with support from volunteers and guides. Every participant and guide received a shirt in the Buddy Run style, with a map of Groningen and event slogans such as Teamwork Makes The Dream Work.

We produced three versions for the event day: an orange variant for the organizing team, a green shirt for guides and participants, and a blue variant for volunteers. That made every role immediately recognizable.
